Location, nice design, highly courteous staff and bountiful breakfast. Room was freshly renovated and with an exceptional view. There was an exceptional restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door.

The location was GOOD, with Chakra nearby. Some of our favorite spots such as tallinn old town were near to the hotel. It was definitely 4 stars for us.
